Master Michael Eisenstein has trained in Taekwon-Do since he was six years old under Grandmaster Joe Connelly and his instructor Grandmaster Han Cha Kyo. He received his 1st Dan at 11 years old, 2nd Dan at 14 years old, 3rd Dan at 16 years old, 4th Dan at 20 years old, 5th Dan at 28 years old and 6th Dan at 35 years old.
Master Eisenstein teaches a traditional form of Taekwon-Do with an emphasis on self-defense and the forms. Students learn the history of Taekwon-Do while also learning the modern day applications for practical self-defense. Master Eisenstein's emphasis is on self improvement through physical and mental strength and fortitude rather than external competition. He creates a safe place to train, challenge yourself, and learn where all are welcome.
In addition to his Taekwon-Do study, Master Eisenstein has also been practicing Tai Chi for over 15 years.
